GENERAL🦑

Commissioning me means the commissioner accepts all terms and conditions.

I sort the queue according to time of receiving payment.

Do not copy / repost / trace my art. My works cannot be used for NFTs/AI.

Default paper setting : 2500x2500 px, 350 dpi (This setting can be changed if requested before the start of each work).

If you breach the agreement, you will no longer have the right to use my art.

I have the rights of declining your request if I don’t feel comfortable with it or any other reason.

PAYMENTS🦑

Payment is made within 72 hours after you claim a slot.

Every work is paid at full cost.

I will add you to the to-do list once payment is received.

REVISIONS🦑

You can make up to 5 changes in the sketch phase, if these changes become more complex I will take more time in the drawing.

Extra changes will be applied with an additional cost of $5 (USD) per change.

You cannot make changes to the pose after the sketch is approved.

If you want big changes after the lineart and coloring phase they will have an extra cost depending on complexity.

I will also send a WIP at the coloring stage so you can tell me if the colors look good or if you want to edit them a bit. (if I don't receive a response within 3 days, the colors will be considered as approved).

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY🦑

Work duration : 1-2 weeks / 1-2 months (depending on complexity and place on queue).

Files delivery : png files (transparent and simple background version) via Discord or Google Drive.

If there is no reply after I send any update to commissioner for a maximum of 7 days, I have the right to send latest update as final delivery and there will be no refunds.

If you want a fast/date-specific commission, with priority over other slots, that will have an extra cost.

USE🦑

Personal use only (Commercial use must be negotiated individually.

I charge for commercial use +100% of the total cost).

Personal use means the artwork won't generate to commissioner any kind of profit.

Use and edit the drawing as much as you want if it is for personal use.

You can repost your commission with credit if you want.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS🦑

I have the right to use all commissions as examples in the future.

You can't use my artwork for AI/NFT. Always give credit to me (@squidoart) as the artist.

REFUNDS🦑

Refunds can only be requested before I have started on the sketch (any reason, I won't ask) only at this stage, once the work has started a refund will not be allowed.

I may cancel a commission if I feel uncomfortable working on this or any other reason, a refund will be discussed depending on the stage of the drawing if this happens.
